Kenji was a principal dancer at the Nishino Ballet Company and Musical Company Shiki. He then directed dance operas such as" Nijinsky",　"Dante Divine Comedy", and　 "Bushinraku".

His innovative style has won him much recognition.

He is with" Company East" from the foundation and also director of "Tokyo Triangle".

Hiro started dancing at an early age. He continued his studies in New York and started performing in musicals. 　He played in the controversial musical "Maurice" and in "Nijinsky" (where he starred as Nijinsky). He gained popularity when he played his first female role as "Salome" and also shines as the evil queen, "Medea" in greek and gained 5 stars （★Scotsman/★Gurdian←Click）in Edingburgh 2001.
　2002 , Hiro played Yukio Mishima 's ”The Golden Pavilion". 2003"Macbeth" 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　.　

Hiro is known as a choreographer of musical shows in Japan.
The musical 'Dororo', of which the author is Osamu Tezuka, is best known as the creator of Astro Boy and Kimba the White Lion Manga ,has been pereformed by Hiro on May , 1990.

Sho Tohno won the 1st place in the Japan Jazz Dance Contest.

　SEO Worked as a manager of Ishihara Promotions, office of Yujiro Ishihara, one of the top movie stars in Japan.
He brought and produced "Maurice"（Based on E.M. Forster） in Japan where Hiroshi Jin played a major role.

　1996、SEO also made a musical show based on the story comics 'Dororo' , written by Osamu Tezuka who is an extinguished cartoon writer and the creator of 'Astro Boy'.
